Product Overview
The 3M™ Scotchrap™ All-Weather Corrosion Protection Tape 51 is a premium-grade, 20-mil (0.5 mm) thick, all-weather tape with PVC backing. It withstands temperatures of -55°F to 176°F (-48°C to 80°C) and resists abrasion and punctures. This high-tack, adhesive tape is corrosion and impact resistant, making it suitable for use on metal piping systems, conduits, and fittings both above and below ground.3M Scotchrap All-Weather Corrosion Protection Tape 51 ensures excellent tacking and high conformability with a pressure sensitive rubber adhesive. The flexible PVC backing offers good mechanical strength and electrical insulation properties. It is highly resistant to UV rays, corrosive salt water, soil acids, alkalis, salts, chemicals, and varying weather conditions. This tape is RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
