This nylon insulated butt connector uses chamfered barrel ends to provide a fast and easy wire insertion from both ends, while a built in wire stop ensures correct positioning. 3M™ Scotchlok™ Butt Connector must be crimped at the ends, and is both UL Recognized and CSA certified.3M Scotchlok Butt Connector is colour-coded for quick and easy identification of the wire size required. It has a butted-seam barrel that is covered by a funnel-designed, seamless brass sleeve to guide the wire into position while providing electrical contacts and mechanical stress relief at the point of insulation. The abrasion-resistant, flared, nylon-sleeve insulation ensures positive grip and has a stepped design for mistake-proof crimping.
