3M™ PPS™ Mini Kit contains 50 disposable lids with 125 micron filters, 50 disposable liners, and 20 sealing plugs. The 125 micron filters are recommended for waterborne paint or primer applications. Designed for use with 3M™ PPS™ Mini Cup and Collar, 16115, or 3M™ PPS™ Height Output Pressure Cup, 16121.These products replace traditional mixing cups and filters and drastically reduce the amount of solvent required for gun cleaning. The liner, lid and built-in filter are all disposable, leaving only the adapter and spray gun to be cleaned. It is possible to clean your paint gun with as little as 3 ounces of solvent. With these disposable parts, shops can see a 70% savings in cleaning solvent use, meaning less operator exposure to solvents and reduction in volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The 3M PPS Kit contains 50 lids with 125 micron filters, 50 liners and 20 sealing plugs. It has a graduated measurement to 5 1/2 oz with generic mix ratio film insert and a maximum capacity of 6 fl oz. This kit is intended for use with the 3M PPS Mini Cup and Collar 16115. Mix ratio film inserts are sold separately.
