3M™ High Intensity Prismatic Grade Reflective Sheeting is a non-metalized, microprismatic lens retroreflective sheeting designed for the production of traffic control signs and work zone equipment. The 3930 Series sheeting is designed to offer wide angle retroreflectivity at any orientation and maintains brightness even in low light. Featuring a durable, UV-stabilized acrylic topfilm and a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing, this sheeting applies easily and offers long-term reflectivity both in daytime and nighttime.
